REFUND POLICY: We are committed to providing our clients with the finest quality products and workmanship. As such, we will provide the highest quality service to all our customers to ensure their orders meet their expectations. We encourage all of our clients to contact us with any questions regarding items of interest, via our contact link, prior to placing their order. This will provide us the opportunity to ensure the item(s) of interest will meet their unique taste and requirements.
If you wish to return any item(s), please contact us for return instructions (including authorization number) within seven (7) days of the receipt of your item(s). Once your return authorization number is issued, the returned item(s) must be received by us within ten (10) days, in accordance with the instructions. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s), and will promptly issue a refund to you, as long as each returned item is found to be in the original condition, in which it was shipped to you. The refund amount will not include any shipping/insurance costs paid by you at the time of the initial order. Buyer is responsible for all shipping/insurance costs incurred in the shipping of the returned item(s).
SHIPPING POLICY: We offer free shipping for orders totaling $150.00 or more. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 7 to 10 business days from the time of order. We also offer expedited delivery at the rates provided in the table below.

DAMAGE POLICY: We take great care in packaging and shipping of all your orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our best efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They generally require the inspection of the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). In turn, the carrier will send the claim to us for processing. Please, do not repack and/or return the damaged items to us, unless you are instructed to do so. It is important that you follow these instructions, since failure to do so will result in the cancellation of insurance, and will prevent us from processing your refund.
